New Orleans is home to an active Downtown Central Business District with many historic and unique structures. This project is unique in that it encompasses four buildings to create a cohesive structure. ^RISE was tasked with making the most efficient units possible while maintaining the Historical Integrity of the buildings. We incorporated a modern addition and created a new courtyard allowing for protected outdoor space for guests to traverse between the previously structures. The project is in the earlier stages of permitting with the City of New Orleans and review with the State Historic Preservation Offices of Louisiana.
